Getting Started
- What is Corsair Atelier?
- Corsair Atelier is a free 3D setup configurator that lets you design your complete desk, sim racing, or streaming setup in real-time 3D — directly in your browser, no downloads required. You can rotate, zoom, swap products, and see exactly how everything fits together before you buy.
- How do I get started?
- Head to atelier.corsair.com and either pick a predefined scene (like a gaming desk or sim racing cockpit) or start from scratch. You can begin swapping and adding products immediately — no sign-up required.
- Do I need to sign in to use Atelier?
- No, but signing in unlocks saved setups and personalized recommendations based on your order history.
- Does Atelier work on mobile?
- Yes. Atelier works on any device with a modern web browser — desktop, tablet, or phone. Inspiration doesn’t wait, so you can design your setup from anywhere.
- Is Corsair Atelier available in my country?
- Atelier is currently available in the US as part of our public beta. We’re working to bring it to more regions — stay tuned.
MAKR & AI Assistant
- What is MAKR?
- MAKR is your AI design companion at the heart of Corsair Atelier. Think of it as a knowledgeable friend who knows every product in the Corsair universe, here to help you plan, customize, and shop for your ideal gaming, creator, or home office setup.
- Can MAKR design a setup for my budget?
- Absolutely. Just tell MAKR how much you want to spend and it’ll recommend products that fit your goals and price range. It works for desk setups, sim racing rigs, or combined builds.
- Can I ask MAKR questions about products?
- “Will this fit my desk?” “What’s the best mic under $200?” “Can I upgrade later?” Whatever’s on your mind, just ask. MAKR knows specs, compatibility, and pricing across all products.
- What is Voice Mode?
- Voice Mode lets you talk to MAKR out loud instead of typing. Describe what you want and MAKR builds it in real time — completely hands-free. It’s like designing your setup by conversation.
- Can I describe my setup in plain language?
- Yes. Tell MAKR something like “cyberpunk battlestation”, “minimal whiteout”, or “cozy sim rig” and it’ll build a matching setup in seconds. You don’t need to know product names — just describe the vibe.
Products & Brands
- What brands are available in Atelier?
- Atelier features products from six Corsair family brands: Corsair, Elgato, Fanatec, Origin PC, SCUF, and DROP. No more switching between sites or juggling multiple carts — everything is in one place.
- What types of setups can I build?
- Currently you can build gaming desk setups and sim racing cockpits. Streaming, content creation, and home office scenes are coming soon.
- What’s included in Atelier Beta?
- MAKR currently covers a curated selection of products across Corsair, Elgato, Fanatec, Origin, and SCUF — including keyboards, mice, headsets, sim racing gear, controllers, and pre-configured PCs. More categories and features are on the way.
- Can I mix products from different brands?
- Yes. Ask MAKR to build a multi-brand setup and it’ll pick the best product from each brand for every slot. You can also swap individual products for alternatives from a different brand at any time.
- Does MAKR handle product compatibility?
- Yes. MAKR knows compatibility rules across brands — for example, which Fanatec wheel bases work with which steering wheels. It won’t let you pair incompatible products, and it auto-suggests what fits.
3D Configurator
- Can I see products in 3D before buying?
- Yes. Every product is rendered in real-time 3D. You can rotate, zoom, and see exactly how it looks alongside the rest of your setup — no guessing about sizing, spacing, or color matching.
- Can I change product colors?
- Yes. Click any product to see available color variants and swap instantly. You can also ask MAKR to “change everything to white” and it’ll recolor your entire setup in seconds.
- Can I save or share my setup?
- Yes. Save your configuration to your account and come back to it any time. You can also generate a share link so anyone can explore your exact setup in 3D — they can copy it, modify it, or make it their own.
Buying & Checkout
- Can I buy directly from Atelier?
- Yes. Once your setup is ready, MAKR can add everything to your cart in one click — right here on Atelier. Checkout is handled by the official Corsair store.
- Are the prices accurate?
- MAKR shows approximate pricing while you design. Final prices are pulled live at checkout, so you’ll always get the current price including any active sales or promotions.
- Can I add individual products to my cart?
- Yes. You can add a single product or ask MAKR to add your entire setup at once. It’s up to you.
